On-Site Geographic Information System Support, Fort Monmouth, NJ
Fort Monmouth's Directorate of Public Works (DPW) oversees engineering and construction, contract management, base support, housing management, and environment services for the entire installation.
CoignAMT personnel provide on-site data development, map creation and workflow improvements for the DPW GIS department. On-going efforts include data conversion of CAD as-built information into the enterprise GIS system. The process is prioritized by utility type and project requirements.
Environmental compliance support is provided through landfill delineation; integration of long term monitoring wells (LTM) and reporting of contaminants; soil boring data compilation to report remediation efforts; and validation of underground storage tank (UST) historical data and analysis of locations that require further examination.
