Gary brings his ability for long-term vision, his talent for analytical decision making, and his passion for "doing the right thing" to the firm. He also brings a wealth of facility management experience, serving for over 20 years as a Sr. Consultant and Program Manager for multiple highly respected, international AEC firms. Currently, Gary is responsible for the daily operations, staff development, and strategic growth of the firm he founded. He also serves as a senior consultant and project director on many of our most demanding projects. Gary’s professional background is rooted in Facility and Information Management, with an emphasis on strategic planning, data acquisition, and system integration. He has led projects for numerous government agencies, including the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, the Mississippi Army National Guard, and National Parks Service. Private sector organizations and companies also have greatly benefitted from his inventive, cost-effective approaches to asset-centric challenges, including: AT&T, Baltimore Gas & Electric, and the Washington D.C. Public Schools system. |

Troy offers a unique combination of creativity, structure, innovation and process analysis. He supported his studies in Penn State’s Landscape Architecture program by working in IBM’s software development division in the late 80’s. Since then, Troy has dedicated his professional life to leveraging these skills to enhance the planning and facility management process through information technology. With an emphasis on integration of legacy systems and state-of-the-art geospatial technologies, Troy assists Planners and Facility Professionals in understanding existing facilities, historical context, and the impact of future initiatives. Organizations such as the General Services Administration (GSA), U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, the Army National Guard Bureau and Rocky Mountain Concours d’Elegance have gained significant advantages as a result of Troy’s creative solutions and commitment to client satisfaction. Troy volunteers as a board member and Treasurer for the Park Mountain Ranch Property Owners Association. |
